Looks like a Case wheel weight off a 430 or 530.

Those weights were put on D=17s and 180s. They are suppose to weigh 280lbs .

Yep, you've got Rowe Foundry wheel weights from my hometown, Martinsville IL. My neighbor has a set on his D17 but I can't remember if they're exactly the same. Quite a few in my area - I'm at school in Urbana right now, but when I'm home over break I'll see if anyone has some for sale.

They must have made several styles. I have a set that looks like regular 45 AC wts but has their Rowe cast name in them. Also have a set for the CA / D 10 - along with side engine wts for a D 17 - I would also be interested in a set of the above wts if available.
I used to be young and stupid, now I am not young anymore.
