It's a flat seal. Not sure the size but the other guys can tell you more.

It's supposed to be a cork seal. I measured mine today and it looks like 5.5" diameter. I called Sandy lake and they are available but they are not ordering them anymore. They had a note made that they were cut too short and thus a tad to small. I'm going to try to find a big oring
