This is what I've got done so far. I'm cleaning these intact because they are held solid and easy to get to. I'll clean , wirebrush and blast them better when I get them off the tractor. I've had a couple days off so this is what I been doing.

Yep, you got most of the hard part done!  Getting the 100 years of gunk off them is the most tedious part in my opinion, LOL!
Keep up the good work, and keep the pics coming!  They give the rest of us inspiration to get ours looking that good.

I'm amazed at how much gunk I got off this one. Last weekend I scraped grease and dirt for 2 hrs or so then ran two tanks of gas in the powerwasher over it. When I brought it in the shop so far I've got 3 five gallon buckets packed full of crud off it and still have one frame rail to go.

I got a WD45 this last fall from a neighbor.  The frame was solid against the engine bell housing and transmission with dirt.  The hydralic pump was completely invisible.  I didn't know one could get that dirty.
Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

Looks good! Your gonna need alotta grease/wax remover before primer! helps primer stick
