Tb78. Check out a knowledgebase artil I wrote maybe 15 years ago now (WOW)
The bearings are no longer made. I made an article about how I rebuilt mine. It's not really a bearing. It a bearing asselbly. There is a standard bearing in the middle surrounded by bushings and seals. |

I'd really wonder about having something machined to the right size to accept 2 regular bearings. Likely wouldn't cost anymore, especially considering you need 6, and somebody put $300 a piece when last available. Would also be servicable down the road. That site you pasted is A&I. Available at basically any dealer. A-206KRR6-P would fit with a new housing, and a small spacer between, (which you'd definitely need for when you tighten things down). Machine the housing with an inner shoulder, slide the first bearing in, then the spacer, then the second. Hold with a snapring.

Note the ID of the bearings are not the shaft size whether using a round of hex gang axle. The bal-pak bearing Had a sleeve pressed into the ID of the bearing and bushings. The ID of that sleeve is the right size for the gang axle. You don't just slide all those pieces onto the gangle axle.

. Look on McMaster Carr, I found a hex core example. Dig around there for correct size. .
