You have to go look at it ,check it over ,rear wheels = tires  ( condition),any weight's etc, .

Some things to look for:
Make sure all the rim stops are not missing.  Should be 4.
Make sure each rim stop has the rim stop pin as well.  Then you could adjust the price of these pieces accordingly if they are missing.

Check for water leaks from the water pump and radiator.
Check the hydraulic fluid, if its milkly white, check the shift boot.  May need a new one.
