Looks pretty cool. Is it a military front? How do you match gearing to ground speed from front to rear? Is it driven by the PTO?

Well, I see the PTO shaft for the front axle. Noticed that there are also two transminssions, how does that work? How about the IH rear weights?

Looks like PS and there's a drive shaft coming from the rear area, assume pto.

There is no PTO housing though, So I'm guessing one of the two tranny's drives the front, ant the other drives the rear. It probably has a differential from a WD in the front end, with some type of gear reduction somewhere, similar to the "double tractors" of the 60's

Now that I look at it, it looks like it has a WC tranny for the rear, and the WD tranny runs the front

There were posts on this this winter. The front axle is from a 6000 series JD. I believe one tranny drives each axle. No hand clutch anymore. Added on hydraulics

I'm surprised that 35hp will even turn both axles.
