Sad thing is even if scrap is 200/ton there probably isn't 50 bucks worth there.

Sad thing is once you have rid of all the money making parts off a unit, the rest is just in the way and no one needs them or they are not worth the time to waste selling when I have shop work to do .

I guess we are all in a tug of war with what is worth is keeping vs what is just junk in our way. I've got some worthless castings out back on pallets I say I'm scrappin almost everyday. Can't bring myself to do it yet as sure as heck the day I scrappem is the day I break something.

Sad part of it all is the person that whats the cheaper parts for even a more cheaper price after you do tell them how much !.They need to haul a few tractors in and try the glory.I have a few good tractor yards near me .When I need a part for a customer they can pick them up or small items ship.AS for a real old tractor parts  I have all I need (for myself) or know where to get them or have them made .Not to many people that part out tractors depend on that for just their living .Well got to get to work!! wasting time again on old parts .LOL
