Allis Chalmers 7040.Changing a water pump. I used a pulley and pulled the pulley off of shaft.All bolts are removed but I can't get the pump to come off? Any help will be appreciated |

There is a ällen head bolt, did you find it? Another down low that is kinda hard to seen. MACK

Thanks Mack. Yes I did find that when I pulled the pulley off but it still will not come off? Any other ideas?

Here is a picture of what is left on the water pump I'm trying to remove. Is it that round piece at the end of the shaft before the pump That is keeping the pump from coming off? If so how do I get it off? Thanks

Probably just glue holding it in place. Try a dead blow hammer.
