Does the 190 have a screen or filter where the fuel line goes into the pump? Changed the
spin on fuel filter and its running good for a little bit but then starts to stave for fuel.

The two sediment bowls, located under each corner of the fuel tank, should have a screen in it. You would want to start there to ensure ample fuel flow and move forward from there. If you have steady fuel flow to the injection pump and is still starving then probably injection pump issue. Do the easy troubleshooting first. Good luck, Mike

There should be a check valve on the top of the pump (return line) that gets stuck or plugged that could be causing those symptoms also.
