I've been working on the exhaust manifold to my 1936 U. This manifold has the front, and the side exhaust. I took off the old, broken exhaust elbow and have one on its way from Norm Meinert. I did, however notice that my manifold has 2 or 3 holes in it. They're small, which leaves me to ask, could I repair with a high heat exhaust repair epoxy? This leaves me worried about the overall condition of the manifold as parts are few and far between for the U.

Why not just have someone who is competent in cast iron welding and brazing weld them shut?

if it has small holes it may be too thin to weld, but if blasted clean it would braze well.

Many years ago, to keep our old cars going, we used to braze car manifolds using coat hangers instead of brazing rod. The coat hanger material would take more heat than regular brazing rod.
