     Two  11.2x38's @ 90+ %on Farmall H rims, $500. pair, one 13.6X28 Armstrong new on a good spinout $325, one Goodyear 13.6 28 @70 % on a poor spinout for$225.   Parting out a WD and a Farmall H , both have nice tin , no engines, but I do have some engine parts , other spinout wheels  1 11x28 good and 1 12x28 needs a small patch $100. each, Wheel adjusters  freed-up sandblasted and primed with eccentrics $45 each,   All prices OBO.  Located  30 miles N of the Big Mac  906 478 4274

Chris, that wire is for a rope from a clutch lift plow. When the plow would come unhitched when hitting a rock, root, etc. , that would let the rope pull lose instead of pulling on the seat or tractor which would break the rope or pull the plow over (or spring the driver into the steering wheel) !
