Any of y'all have part number: 74397215 sitting in your bin? If you do, and that one part number consists of two pieces under one number, I'd like to buy it from you. If it only has one piece packaged in it, you better get it squared away with Agco, or else the customer who buys that part is going to be pissed when he gets only one seal for his water pump, and there should be two. That little detail caused me much grief. Darrel

looks like ya can get an impeller and seal kit or just a seal kit.Looks like #9 is what you need.It includes#10.Your pt# isn't there but maybe it's superceeded old one.

Yes, #9 is supposed to include #10, but in my case, it didn't. We suspect that the seal kit that hy capacity used to rebuild the water pump that I got from them didn't include it either, so they rebuilt it without it. That's why it leaked. And the part number is the superceded one. Darrel

My parts come from Batavia. My dealer has called whs and ask specific questions about details on certain parts before ordering.I would think your dealer should be able to quiz parts about what's in their packages.Get them to digging into it because it isn't correct. Y ou only got half the seal.

My guy that was trying to rebuild my pump, and discovered the shortage on last Wednesday, went up to the agco dealers parts department right away. They acknowledged the problem, said they'd get the right stuff coming immediately. Never heard from em on Thursday. Friday I went and got the used water pump and put it on. As of now, we still haven't heard back from the agco dealer parts department. I suppose it's justifiable in the fact that I have not bought any half million dollar pieces of equipment there, or anywhere for that matter. Darrel |

Got about 120 acres in. Tractor wants to die, like it runs out of fuel if the tank isn't plum full. Trying now to resolve that issue. Darrel |

when we did ours you had to buy the seal kit and the impeller cause the other ceramic piece is cemented to it

Well that right there makes sense. They shouldnt list 9&10 under one part# since 9 is only found glued to the impellar.

Cal, did you get that through Agco.....? And how long ago....? My shop guy said that he tried to order the impeller, and the parts man told him that it was no longer available. I gave him the number for it off the agco web, and he was going to try again. Darrel

yes Agco. 2-3 years ago no more. yes the other ceramic is cemented to the impeller, unless you have a way to do that, you have to buy the impeller, if you can even get the ceramic separately

Darrel I'm not sure your tractor has a stand pipe in the fuel tank, but if it does it sounds like it has a hole in it somewhere along the length of it and you start sucking air when it gets to that point.

It has no stand pipe. Sucks out of the bottom of both tanks. Darrel |
