I'm missing number 6, any idea where I could find one?  Any idea what type of steel they used?

If the pin is an exact fractional size use 1040 TGP. If you do not have a steel supplier near you can buy short lengths on eBay. Find a person selling steel on eBay and "ask a question" if they can supply what you need. Alternately find a local machine shop. Look at a similar pin on your machine if it is not badly worn the type of steel is not critical.

Looks like that pin is a SHAFT running across loader frame to each side of loader arms .
It evidently is a structural part of loader frame and transfers stress .
I would not worry so much about type of steel used but of bushings and fastening type used .
