i got a price for a turn on my hd5 pins and bushings. $350.00 per side plus bolts. does this seem reasonable or should i keep shopping around. they are 33 links and dry. i tried to work a deal to remove the pads and save money but he said it would be the same price. $20.00 for a master pin also. he said john deere 350 was same diameter but a little longer and could be cut. anyone have tracks turned lately?

The track bolts are extra right? When I bought track bolts they cost $175 per side. That is a lot of labor for $350 per side. Go for it.

he said a bolt and nut was $.60 each whic i thought was cheap. i can see larger tracks being more as they naturally are longer and take more force to push apart and together. was about $80.00 for 1 side of bolts as they only have to remove one side of bolts for the turn. thanks for the info.

When they turn the pins and bushings they only remove one set of bolts and leave the pad on the other link , no reason to remove both sides.
Last set I had done was a few years back and ran $450 for labor , about the same price for bolts as you state. Then I had a large supply of larger bolts so I just traded with shop.
