Picked up an 80R mower this summer and am just getting around to trying to put it on the WD45. I thought it was pretty evident until I started to connect the unit under the tractor and it doesn't fit like I imagined. The bracket in the picture below, does not fit on the outside of the brackets on the tractor, but does fit inside. I can't imagine it just hangs on the drawbar pins, and the rod shown in the picture is too short to go all the way through the bracket on the tractor. I have about any manual on CA attachments but not much on the WD45.
I take it the bracket faces back toward the mower like shown, but how does it mount up to the tractor? ![]() |

I figured it out, with some help from Lad and looked at the parts catalog and saw 3 separate hitches, WD&WD45, D14-15&17, and one for the CA. The one I have is for the CA, so I guess that's what I'll put it on for now.

Yes to CA, that hitch is narrower than the one for WD/WD45.
