OK guys, I KNOW someone will KNOW..
While trying to reorganize the garage found a complete D-R distributor and I can even READ the tag !

Says 1110412   0J26

Interesting 4 cylinder unit 'somehow' plug wire go into the cap horizontally ( NOT typical 'push in from the top down ). It's also SMALL,maybe 2.5" in diameter ,bout 7-8" tall(with shaft)

All I know is '26' is the day in May I was born and 'J' is the the first letter of my name 'J'ay

I'd like this distributor to find a 'good home'....

Some of the boat stuff has the horizontal setup. And have seen some hi performance stuff set up that way as well. Good hood clearance.

MSD has one for the sbc  with 4 horizontal on one side of cap for 1,3,5,7 and 4 more on the rt side for 2,4,6,8. Nice for the real orderly guys. Smile
