My gleaner k has problems with the hyd reel height and varible speed reel. The reel speed works but very slow to change. The reel height just starts to raise on the left cyl and stops. the right cyl never moves. All other hydraulics work fine at a good speed.

check your hose connections on the header, if one is popped loose the hyd will act funny. If that don't work, check the valve and follow the lines to the header, there could be a pinched line somewhere.

Could be a pluged orffic in real lift valve. The reel speed could be the pullies not slideing on the shaft. Needs greased or taken apart and cleaned up.  MACK

Also, make sure your hydraulic levers are adjusted correctly, at the end near the valve.  I had one function on my old K2 that barely worked until I adjusted the linkage back there. It was the variable speed traction drive, it would speed up very slow then back off way too fast.
