Is this a rare tractor or do you guys think it has much value? The only thing I see different is the grill shell.

I didnt think those models were offered in an industrial form other than factory farm tractor so i consulted the great book.

From- Allis Chalmers Construction Machinery and Industrail Equipment:
"From 1951 through 1955, over 600 Model WD and WD45 tractors less hyrdaulics were built.  No doubt most of these went into some sort of industrial application since they were unlikely to be used in farming.  In 1954-1957, production records indicate that a number of WD45 tractors specifically adapted to Henry backhoes were produced.  These were base tractors less hydraulics and PTO."

Im interpreting that as no tractors were built under the "industrial" designation unless it has a Henry backhoe.  Even then it wasnt really an industrial model, just a farm tractor modified.

I think you have a modified grill, thats all.
