Forgive me for posting non-allis here, but are there any Ditch Witch mechanics on here? My neighbor just bought an R100 trencher with the bearings out of the main digging chain drive shaft, and I am trying to help him change them. Has anyone tackled that project before? Any insight would be greatly appreciated as to how far we have to tear it down, and how to go back together, and so forth. And, is there any on-line service manuals available? Thanks, Darrel

Ian, I still don't have it home yet. A friend of mine took on the blower project, and is just now finishing it up. (he has a full time job, so he only works on it in his spare time). I have to come up with a pully for it yet, and then we'll go down and put the blower back on, hopefully we can get it running, load er up and bring her home. If all goes well, within the next couple weeks. I'll keep you posted. Darrel
