You fellas know I have a HD7G, what are the differences from mine to a 7G-B? I have seen one from a distance and it looks 'similar' but different, like segmented drive sprocket and single upper guide roller.

Thanks Hector, do the machines (7G and G-B) share the same style final drives/housings? If they do I wonder if a sprocket center from a 7G-B would work on a 7G?

The HD7GB sprocket center should fit but the outside sprocket is smaller with 5 segment 5 teeths and the 7g should have 27 teeths and the track frame is 't the same and should have 1 or 2 more rollers on 7GB |

Thanks Hector, this may be a starting point to putting an 'other' manufacturer's (Cat) rails under my 7G. I was looking for a better alternative to custom building a sprocket, the 7GB part might be a starter for me to look at.
