Would like to know what info you get Doug. I would like to repower a W900 with a Big Al. Down here, we can get frame rails from the KW plant in Australia to suit Cummins 855, Cat 3406, or GM 8V92 that they sent us in the trucks, but I dont even know yet which option would be closest to the Big Als engine mounts.        Mac

Darryl (WA) and I had a 1000 hr. late serial # 25000 MK II generator engine in the classifieds here for almost a year. It had all the updates the same as the 6138 engine. Sold it in the spring. I thought about a truck instulation but have too many other projects. Good Luck.
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

Keep us updated on this project with pics. You gonna paint the engine Royal Purple?

I have spent alot of time on the internet looking for a purple people eater (BIG AL)
there was a video of a truck show where a guy had a freightliner with a factoy install of a BIG AL. My dad gets the american truck historical books and they had a nice story about BIG AL.
Good luck with you search.
