When you read the article you will see that when AC moved out another company took over, the name given for that company if one does asearch is now P&H which is big in mining equipment world-wide.

Yep, they built the the ringers for draglines, shovels, and cranes.

I used to have a P&H arc welder, it was old, I would say from the '60's. I wonder if that is the same company?
