I think it's finally time to get a creature comfort. After clearing the first 2 driveways in negative temps with the wind blowing, the metal pan seat started to get to me. I was a bit worried for my skin after finishing the 3rd one! Do I need a 19" or 21" seat cover for my D14 pan seat? I have the same one as in this eBay ad.

I guess I didn't scroll far enough through the pictures to see that the previously linked start is definitely not the correct seat.

This is the factory seat on my D14. No holes in it for cushions.

It doesn't need holes for cushions.  This is the cushion I have on my 3 D14s.  It goes around the rim and ties up with a draw string.  Before that , we would just put a couple of old jackets on the seat - was better than cold tin!

Does anyone make/have a canvas seat cover for the pan seat?  All I have been able to find anymore are the vinyl ones, and I would prefer a canvas one as I have had in the past.  Thanks, Dave
