Ben Cornwell passed.  He was with AC industrial service and then with AC Farm sales, was the branch manager of Memphis Region - my first boss- then to other areas as we headed downhill.  A giant of a man in many aspects. 
When told "it's not the money,it's the principle", remember, it's always the money..
