LOL!!!   Can be another No Eglaz, illegal Border crosser, $2k a Month EVERY Month, food on Debit Card, Free Health care, Special Jobs privileges, basically Invisible to Any and ALL LEOs.  Why the Hell NOT????

Dave, you hit the nail on the head!  That is EXACTLY what is going on and what they are getting.
Did you know that to get these monies the have to sign an affidavit that they will only spend the money on food and baby essentials?  YES, that is the truth!
