I am replacing the seat in my 715b this winter. In the process I would like to fix the swivel latch so it doesn’t screech each time you turn from front to back.
It is a pin that drops in a notch on a plate. A lever pushes the pin up out of the notch but the pin then rides on the plate screeching as it turns.
Any suggestions?

White  Lithium Grease on the plate and Latch assembly. If you don't want to use grease try graphite. ~ Orangeman

Lubrication is your friend - even a quick spray of WD40 will silence it some .
I kind of figured that Squeak as $$$ signs - about $30 a hour more for machine if using the hoe and not just the loader end of tractor .

I just use mine for charity work.
I was trying to engineer a roller bearing for bottom of pin.

May work with the roller bearing, although the design of the Allis seat/swivel relies on the lever dropping down into a slot so that lateral travel is fixed when  the seat is swiveled to the front or rear position.  The 715 is a pretty old but rugged machine, I think if you lube it well, (took me several applications of lube to stop screech) it will be smooth and silent.  Good luck with the project ~  Orangeman
