Wjohn, Eincorn has a hull that grips the grain like oats. So you need a second process to rub the hulls off. Then it's like wheat seed. Middle ages they ground it with the hulls on and the bread was dense peasant food. The hull fiber tends to puncture the yeast bubbles. The fancy wheat was sent to their local Lord to snack on. . |

Great pictures Don . So glad that your grandfather could see it working. Great memories you and your family are creating. I have watched the videos you have made of your grandfather. Keep making them !!!. If I could have a video of either of my grandfather's I would be on cloud nine. Keep up the good work and congratulations on finding a cute girl to keep care of your pigs.
