What years did the governor have the oil line to it? And how did the governor without the oil line get oiled?

i dont know the exact year, but early in production... I would guess 1940 - 1941 ??

Prior to that its splash lube which would be hard to get up into the shaft bushing area.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.
