I'm buying a 12 row corn planter in ohio, I live in Central ny. Not much of issue in ny but in ohio and Pennsylvania would i get bothered if I had planter loaded on trailer folded up at 14'6" wide with flags and lights? Or load it unfolded on trailer from side? Thanks cory

I believe if on a trailer it will be considered freight. You will need permits for fuel, (if diesel) and oversize in the states you'll pass through. Probably not CDL required if towing with a pickup but Ohio can be hard on legalities. If you don't go interstate, you would potentially have less problems but don't skip the oversize permit(s) as they really look hard at that.
