Started losing steering when going up hill. Oil level ok, seems to be jerky sometimes on the level. Filters maybe??

I thought the sight glass was to check the differential and the hydraulics was checked on a dipstick
|

AC8010, My 8010 had jerky steering once as well. I changed the filters in the transmission housing (one on each side, horizontally into the housing, just below and frontward of the axle. They were full, and impeding flow. New filters fixed it.
