Can anyone tell me what ohm resistance the fuel gauge uses on a 7000 maroon belly. I haven't been able to find it in my service manual. I think that my sender is bad or possibly the wrong one but I don't know what the resistance is supposed to be when full and empty. Thanks for any help.

I knew I have seen it some where.  This is the 7000 manual, just basically ground it and watch gauge sweep.

Here is the page from the 6080 manual which uses the same part number gauge so the resistance readings should be right on.

LB0442,

Thanks for the reply, I had checked the gauge based on the 7000 manual and all was working, but couldn't find the resistance for the sender to check it. That is exactly what I needed.
