No working lights on my "new" tractor so had Brenda at Sandy Lake send me a new switch as had no juice coming out of the old one.
Swapped it and got juice flowing again but still no lights. Took the ring off one headlight and it had a new light/reflector/bulb assembly already. Had a blown 1129 bulb. I stuck an 1156 in it for now and got light. Hafta say I was surprised it didn`t have a sealed beam bulb. Is this normal lighting for this tractor?

Yep, these oldies do not use sealed beams. Those started with the D14.

Depends if you are running 6 or 12 volts. Switched my 1954 WD45 to 12 volts a couple of years ago. Just took the old one to Napa and said "Give me a couple of these in 12 volt". Can't remember the number.

I just read the 1129 is the 6V version of the 1156.
Thank you!
