I have a broken ear on my (new to me and my first) D-17.  Here is the pic:

Anybody got the housing?
Can I fix this easily?  I doubt it, so I need one.
Oh yeah, I DID NOT DO THIS.  It came to me this way.  I know better. Big smile

Also, what will I need to hook up a Tach/Operating Meter to this?

Got one from Rick, THANKS Rick!!  Looks GREAT!
Now, anybody got the little piece that the bolt goes through and hold the distributor in place?  I can find a standard bolt, so I don't need that, just the little metal piece.
OR, I could make one too...

Also guys, what do I need to make my Operations Meter (Tach) work?  If I take the little rubber piece off the end, I guess I could see what is there.  But I am thinking I need:

  3    70261605    1    SHAFT ASY., flexible 52-1/2" (Gasoline) (Use w/ 70261609)
14    70228769    1    NIPPLE, drive (manual steering) (Gasoline)
15    70228768    1    ADAPTOR, operation meter drive (manual steering) (Gasoline)

Looks like you have the drive adapter, on the dist.  Take that rubber cap off and see if there is a loose piece that drives the cable. (can't remember if it takes one, lol!)  Good luck finding the internals, but I think you can still get the meter...
