Wanted to hear from guys who are were involved with starting an AC organization/club. How did you go about doing it? Just looking for some good info and suggestions.

You might "PM" Michael Crowe, He has helped a lot of clubs get started over the years.
3 WD45's with power steering,G,D15 fork lift,D19, W-Speed Patrol, "A" Gleaner with a 330 corn head,"66" combine,roto-baler, and lots of Snap Coupler implements to make them work for their keep.

If this is south Wisc. there are a lot of Allis people. I have thought of starting a club, but don't have the ambition anymore. I certainly would be a helper if you need some. Let me know Dave
