I would try to get him down to mabey $1,000 for both, the one has a set of rear wheel weights, and acording to Terry Deans book "Illustrated Buyer's Guide" It says a WD in that shape is worth around $800. I would say $700 for the running one and $300 for the one for parts.
But at even $1,200 it's a good deal. (I think)
