picked up a Mark V backhoe that is said to have come off a tractor. Trying to put it on a D17. Is there a mounting bracket specifically for a 17 or is this for a dozer? Any information would help. Thanks

I have a 615 AC backhoe attachment that was on my HD4 .  It was also used on other machines and tractors .
It fit into a tool holder bracket on HD4 which had a U shaped slot on bottom and 2 pins at the top to secure unit to back of machine. Sp there was a stationary bracket the hoe slipped into and then coupler in hyd line with a diverter valve so hot valve body took full flow from pump, problem is it took bucket out of use so you had to set bucket then energise hoe.
