Im in need of a tach drive for very early 190 mine is worn out the tach cable just spins inside it. Agco doesn't carry them anymore.

I think Norm Meinert has them. I had a 190xt with the round fiber wheel and never had good success with it. I may have needed a new tac so becareful of it.This was when I used the tractor all the time for field work so it was not that old.

Is yours alternator driven or cam driven?

I just put a new tachometer and a new tach cable in it, only thing left is this cam drive.

If the end of your cable is square, you probably need a little plastic adapter with the tab on it. I'm not sure if Agco offers it anymore.

My tach cable is square and it has a tab already on the end of it. So ur saying there is a plastic tab that goes down inside the tach drive.

Your tach drive could be extremely worn but I am somewhat doubtful of that. You may still need a small sleeve (adapter) to take up the slack.
