I think the one on mine is 'square'.

should be four, 1/2" bolts, same as a CA/C bolt pattern

Same fan was used on everything from a B to a D15II and all the small engine P/Us.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
