Doing well this morning. Didn't like the drugs. He is on Benadryl and is awake and alert. Uncomfortable but that is to be expected. They will be removing drainage tubes so today will be painful but tonight he should be more relaxed. He had a large hole in his heart and one of the concerns was that sometimes in cases with a large hole fluid will develop around his heart. They have been monitoring it closely and his drainage seems to be clearing up. This is great new!! Praise God!! Thank you all!!

Cardiac Tamponade is always a concern post op surgery. They will be monitoring young Mark basically round the clock, I am sure he will be fine. The technology and medications available these days is amazing. Take care of yourself and the rest of the family, Trev.
