Will a 14.9 fit on a 15" rim? or should I stick to a 13" rim?

In most cases, the wider rim will help you float better on plowed ground and also will help you get more traction in tractor pulls.

The wider the better, then increase pressure until spin-out patch on the track is flat, not humped in the middle.
