i started my d19 for the first time for the year and the rearend wants to keep locking up anyone know what would cause this after just sitting all winter worked great last year. confused

The brakes are know for locking up. The acuation balls get dirt and brake dust on them. If you back up does the axle turn freely?

Don's on the right track...I've had that same trouble in the past,but only with the one D19 that sits outside all the time. I believe the dampness and moisture has a lot to do with this,as well as the dirt/dust problem. Usually,after we use it for a short time,it straightens out and works fine. This is just the experience that I've had with mine.  Rick

i want to think everyone that has applied it must have been the brakes after i hooked the plow up and used it all day it hasnt done it again. but i was sure nervous and it will be parked under cover from now on thanks again.
