Give up your opinions!!! what does best on the track, short cut lug, tall cut lug, full cut, or uncut?? If swapping tires was as easy as throwing on weights would you change tires between say 4mph and 12 mph classes? How bout a pulling slick? LOL would 100% area contact gain anything? just boredom thoughts coming out here.

Top cuts usually do good with about half inch of tread. It all depends on the brand of tire though. Leave them a little long and try em if they dig too deep shave them down.

Hey Matt, good to hear from you again! What do you call diggn too deep? I suppose you mean when they are really piling dirt up in front of the sled they are diggn too deep.

I've had on a set of 15.5 full cuts that I done really well with for running against what I was. I'm still stock engine wise so I'm not able to turn them as fast as others runnin with full cuts. I took off the full cuts and put on an a set of uncut 15.5s, made one pull with them and and wasnt happy so off they come and am now runnin a set of top cut 14.9s that arent bad but I think they need trimmed down a bit and they would really shine. Matt, are you goin to Freeburg pull friday evening?
