Most of the Delco will take a pulley off a generator as a direct fit. Check on size used on some heavy C series trucks as they used a smaller cast iron pulley.

Life lesson: If you’re being chased by a lion, you’re on a horse, to the left of you is a giraffe and on the right is a unicorn, what do you do? You stop drinking and get off the carousel.

Most Delco's use a .670 shaft. Been using that shaft for years. That's why I tell our customer's when doing a 6-12V conversion, to use the pulley off their Gennie and install onto their Alternator. Niehoff is an excellent unit, but will give you heart failure with the cost of repair parts alone. Depending on the application and amperage, some Bosch "AL" series Alternators are a nice replacement. Actually, they're a little tougher than the 21 or 22 SI series Delco's. I probably could help you out with a pulley if you knew what the Niehoff model # was that you had. We have bins full of pulleys. Obviously, someone wasn't listening when you said you wanted a quote.... Sheesh!
