They had a program on the military channel. it was a test for offroad capability. They had video of it in test conditions. the wheels also wobbled in and out. It was supposed to be so the tires would run in differant tracks and have better offroad traction. If I rember it was about failed programs. There was also a Jeep with the same setup. It did improve the traction some but on hard surfaces It beat the driver to death. Its been a coumple years since I saw the program.
