It kind of looks like a McCormick-Deering I remember my Dad having when I was a kid.

  It kind of looks like a McCormick Deering(rope trip)????? but I've never seen one with that lever right behind the hitch.

It appears to have a lever instead of the crank on the later picture I found. Frame looks the same.
