Hi all new here.
I recently purchased ahd6g loader and have a few things to do before I put it to work. left side steer clutch is slipping have pulled it out already. I need the specs for the bimetallic discs min max, clutch spring height, clutch pack min max height. Also looking for someone to reline the brake as its the 4" band Its a later sn unit so it has the bigger brakes and metallic clutch discs. I am also looking into building a brush cab for this as I have a lot of timber toclear if anyone has pictures or plans for I am in the design stages and looking for ideas. The last thing I am looking for is a service manual for it in digital format. Thanks for the help in advance and sorry for the choppy format but I can only post from my phone currently keep getting errors when I post from the PC. David |

Thanks for the help coke I am putting the new clutches back in .today the pack is assembled and ready to drop in.
I am still researching the brush cab and trying to find some scrap to build it out of. I ended up relining the brakes my self and it was rather easy. I used rivets and jb weld after talking to several people who had success using this method. Time will tell. |

I just riveted the linings onto old bands , no filler or glue used . Did paint the metal band with glyptol to prevent rust.
