Well in 1/2hr plone call yesterday found out that the curved shifter WD45 is only a WD 1953 it would be, I call the guy I had got it from 4yrs ago and said, here dad he is sitting right here and he's 86 can hear real well so you will have to talk up LOL, anyway long story short he bought it new in 1953 and it is a WD, had to put new short block in it 1984 broke rod went out the block had to crank redone also at that time, the shifter thing went heck and got one from a neighbor and put on, other then that it "it was a HE** of a tactor" the funny thing was he said that there was a lot of things went on here on the farm then that the kid don't know about he was to busy chasing girls LOL, he also said you get her all fixed up I like to see it, too old to drive it now ! have fun good by.
 
That put a spark in my day and in the project.
