I didn't want to hi-jack Murph's post so here is what I have. The spikes are from 2 1/2" to a shy 3". Would these help anyone out on replacements for your steel wheels? I'm not trying to get rich, just help out. I was thinking $5 a spike and using flatrate boxes, several would probably fit in a medium box at $11 for shipping. Tell me what you think. Then I would also have the bare wheel to sell if needed. Or I can sell the wheels complete for $100 each.

You could put them all in a box and send them FEDEX/UPS for one heck of a lot less than the half dozen or more flat rate boxes you'd need. I'm not into steel, but I suspect that you'd do better if you advertised this in an antique tractor journal.

I would ship them whatever way is cheapest. I'm just trying to get a feel for whether or not anyone is interested. I don't want to wreck a complete set of rears if I'm only going to sell 1 or 2 spikes.

Lonnie, I'd definitely be in for one, maybe two spikes. But I'd probably rather see someone else just buy both wheels and put a B or C back on steel.

If anyone else might be interested you can PM me if you like. If I had people looking for 8 or 10 of them it would be a good enough start to sacrifice them.
