I am going to try and make my own hand crank for my model C Allis. What is the diameter? What is the length and diameter of the pin that goes through the end? I would think that making one would be cheaper than buying one...TIA Ted

Mine is 12 1/2" from the end to the center of the first bend, then drops 6 1/2", then 4 1/4" for the handle. It's 3/4" shaft with a 5/16 x 1 1/2" pin that is 5/16" to center from the end of the crank.

Tim, I just did a search for a drawing for a hand crank for an Allis Chalmers B and found it. According to the above from MNLonnie, they are not the same. Thanks anyway...
