Looking for an emulsion tube (also called "main discharge jet") to replace the broken one in my B's carb.

It's the Zenith carb, on a 125 engine & the emulsion tube is originally a 45-2 although anything that'll fit ought to be better than the broken one which requires running at 90% choke!

Thanks, Dan

I have a bin full of carburetor parts. There were may different versions use in the various Zenith carburetors. If you could make it over to this side of the pond you could possibly match up what you need.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

Thanks Paul, not much chance of me getting over there any time soon sadly, much as I'd love to.  Can get a photo of the item needed if it's any help.

Carb I believe is a 61 AJ7 (part #211955, outline #9805)

Further to this & with thanks to Mike Z, I believe the 45 jet from a later carb won't fit as the threaded portion is directly under the hex whereas my 45-2 is threaded on the lower end away from the hex.

Will get a photo next time we're over with the tractor but fear this is going to limit my options further.

Yes: To get the correct part, I would need to almost have it here to see what I have in the parts bin. just a part number would not be any help.

That's my fear, these old Zenith carbs look so simple and so "samey" at a glance (And I've seen folk have luck with "put togethers" of multiple broken ones) but when you get into them deeper there's a lot more variation.

Will give it a measure as well as photo when I next lay hands on it. If you have anything that looks similar available to sell at that point I may just chance it since the carb is essentially useless as it sits.

Only other timely & practical option being this side of the pond is a Scamazon copy carb which I'd like to avoid, much rather send money to the US than China Wink
